You aren't going to "miss out" by working out

People always put off getting in shape.

They don't want to "miss out" on the next weekend, holiday, or experience.

But I would actually argue that you want to get in the best shape of your life AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Get it out of the way.

Everyone thinks that they will somehow become in good shape down the road, but the reality is most of us simply stay stagnant.

Swallow the bitter pill NOW.

So you can reap the benefits for as long as possible.

If you wait till you're 50 and have terrible internal health to start taking your health seriously your relationship with the process will be out of fear and you'll only have the benefits of fitness in your life as your body is failing you.

Not when you're in your prime and able to see what you're really capable.

This is not to put down any of my older followers and say its too late.
-
Rather I want this to push those younger individuals who can start building those good habits earlier.

So they can feel confident and take care of themselves for life.
