Wanting to lose fat as a woman

So many women make this mistake before they join one of my programs

their calories are set way too low.

It's not uncommon for a client to be eating 1200 calories when they come to me...

The intention and principle is sound. (they're eating in a calorie deficit after all)

However when we go too low in calories (practically below our BMR) we start restricting our bodies ability to maintain normal bodily processes.

It then becomes much harder to maintain the diet, and your mood/hormones are likely to suffer as well.

Just for reference a toddler needs 1200 calories to grow and develop.

So if you're a fully developed human being that wants to lose weight your calories should never be that low.

Let's be honest though if nobody tells you how more isn't necessarily better when it comes to fat loss you might make the mistake too.
