I actually used to be 50+ lbs fatter!

Some of my new followers may not know this...

But I actually used to be 50+ lbs fatter! 🤯

I am not the guy who was always in good shape or has amazing genetics for staying lean.

I struggled with my own fitness too, and I know what it feels like to have a lot of weight to lose.

During the time in my life when the picture on the left was taken, I was very isolated and used food as escape.

Once I decided I wanted to make a change, I started working out like a crazy person.
-
I would do insanity, p90x, 2 hour body building workouts, and long cardio sessions.

AND IT WORKED. I lost weight, for a little while...

But then it stopped 😱 so I worked out HARDER. 😡

I didn’t occur to me that something was wrong because I was starving all the time from working out so much, but my weight still wouldn’t move...
-
That’s when I started to learn more about nutrition and I realized my long crazy workouts weren’t doing a lick of good for my fat loss if I ate the calories back.

This is where I see so many people spin their wheels for years. so I hope my experience can help someone.

If your goal is fat loss, I would encourage you to focus on your nutrition and eating in a calorie deficit FIRST.
-
Then if you want to workout or do cardio on top of it, great.
-
But in my experience trying to out train a bad diet, never works.

The transformation you see above is the result of putting the pieces of proper nutrition and workouts together over 5 years.
