People aren’t able to do advanced body weight exercises because they are too heavy

The simple reason why more people aren’t able to do advanced body weight exercises is because they are too heavy.

If you want to be able to do 20+ pull-ups, you’re going to have to get quite lean.

This means getting to at least 10-12% body fat, for guys.

After, body weight movements like pull-ups will feel much lighter.

Not to mention your relative strength (how strong you are compared to your body weight) will improve 10X

My clients typically lose about 1% of their body fat a month.
